Y2 Game: Membership Terms — Eligibility, Payments and Responsibilities

The platform describes an international entertainment gaming service. Access to that service and its available functions is governed by the Terms and Conditions on this page.

• Harassment, deception and threats directed at other members are forbidden.

• A breach of any of these Terms.
• Information that is false or misleading.
• Financial activity that raises suspicion.
• Membership left unused for at least twelve months.

Members can request closure. Before it is finalised, payment of an eligible remaining balance may be requested; unused promotional amounts are lost on closure.

Responsibility is excluded under these terms for the following events described as outside the operator’s control.

• Interruption to play caused by an unstable or disconnected internet service.
• A processing failure or delay occurring at an outside payment gateway.
• Loss arising from faults in the member’s own hardware or software.
• Exceptional events beyond control, including war, a pandemic or a natural disaster.

Updates to these conditions may be made at any time. For a material change, the operator states that it will make reasonable attempts to notify members in advance through registered email or an account message.

Continued use once new terms are effective indicates agreement. Members who object should stop accessing the account and contact support about how to proceed.
